M1judi Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and m1judi ("Platform", "We", "Company") in your use of all services, games, and features available on m1judi.net and the official m1judi app.

Registration Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, including your full name, phone number, email address, and any other required details. You are responsible for keeping your information current if any changes occur.

KYC Process: m1judi conducts an identity verification process (KYC) as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport, proof of address, and payment information. This process protects all parties, including yourself, from fraud and unauthorised use of identity.

Password: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Choose a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone. m1judi will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

M1judi provides a range of secure and convenient payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method selected. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. m1judi does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 15–60 minutes for local bank transfers and e-wallets. Technical Malfunction: In the rare event that a technical malfunction affects a game outcome, m1judi reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to the user's account. Winnings resulting from a known technical malfunction are void.

• The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for unfair gain will result in immediate account closure.
• Betting strategies designed to manipulate the bonus system or gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse") are prohibited.

M1judi is a platform dedicated to a positive experience for all its users. The following conduct is prohibited on our platform:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward other users or customer support staff through any platform communication channel.
• Sharing or distributing unlawful, defamatory, racially charged, or inappropriate content through the m1judi platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation or any action that compromises platform security.

• Selling, transferring, or lending your m1judi account to any other party.

M1judi reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in conduct that violates accepted user behaviour and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure.

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and m1judi. We ensure the platform infrastructure is protected using the latest encryption technology. On your part, the following security practices must be observed:

• Use a strong, unique password for your m1judi account. Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
• Never share your login details with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be a m1judi representative.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account once you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify m1judi customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

M1judi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Closure by User: You may close your m1judi account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements will not be paid out upon user-requested account closure.

Closure by m1judi: m1judi reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time and without prior notice, if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms.
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user fails to complete KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Account shows no activity for 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
• M1judi is required to do so by the relevant authorities or for legal compliance reasons.

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, m1judi reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

The m1judi platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted availability.

M1judi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions or platform downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or factors beyond our control.
• Unfavourable game outcomes — gambling involves the risk of loss and no wins are guaranteed.
• Actions by third parties including game developers, payment providers, or other service providers.
• Financial losses, lost opportunities, or any incidental damages related to the use of the platform.

Under no circumstances shall m1judi's liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

M1judi reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time based on operational requirements, legal compliance, or platform enhancements. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email.
